摘要

摘要: 结合多年在基层一线的农技推广工作实践,分析农技推广工作人员必须具备的基本素质、和农技推广应遵循的原则,探讨农技推广工作人员肩负的职责和任务。

Abstract: Combining with the practice of agricultural extension work in basic level for years, the basic quality and the principle of agricultural extension for agro-technical popularization personnel were analyzed, the responsibilities and tasks of agro-technical popularization personnel were discussed.
