    杏鲍菇菌株菌丝活力与抗杂能力比较

    Comparison on mycelium activity and mixed fungi-resistant capacity of different strains of Pleurotus eryngii

    • 摘要: 对10个不同杏鲍菇菌株进行菌丝活力与抗杂能力比较试验,结果表明:杏乐菌株、杏A菌株、Ple0028、Ple0038、Ple0045等菌株在杏鲍菇菌丝生长阶段具有较强的菌丝活力与抗杂能力,可用于下一步的杏鲍菇出菇试验。

       

      Abstract: Comparison test on mycelium activity and mixed fungi-resistant capacity of ten different strains of Pleurotus eryngii were conducted, the results showed that the strains Xingle, Xing A, Ple0028, Ple0038 and Ple0045 showed higher mycelium activity and mixed fungi-resistant capacity in mycelium growing stage, which could be used in further experiments on mushroom fructification.
