    1株抑稗草微生物的鉴定及其抑草机理分析

    Identification of a strain of growth-depressing microorganism to barnyard grass and analysis on its grass-depressing mechanism

    • 摘要: 以从化感水稻根际土壤筛选到的1株具有抑草能力的菌株A为研究对象,通过形态学及分子生物学方法鉴定表明该菌属于曲霉属,该菌株对稗草的抑制率高达70%,菌株A发酵液在稀释100、200倍条件下能明显抑制稗草根系细胞内关键酶与保护酶活力,而胞内MDA含量增加20%以上。

       

      Abstract: This paper used a train A, which was screened from rhizosphere soil of allelopathic rice and proved to have grass-depressing capacity as the study objective, identified the strain A by the morphology and molecular biology identification, showing it belongs to genus of aspergillus. Through measurement, the grass-depressing rate of the stain to barnyard grass was as high as 70%. Further investigation proved that the fermentation liquor of strain-A after diluted to 100 and 200 times could restrain the activity of key enzymes and protective enzyme in the root cells of barnyard grass during the training process, and increase the content of intracellular MDA by more than 20%.
