Abstract: A comparison test of twelve new peanut varieties was carried out in provincial region. The results showed that pod yield of “Fuhua 0739”, “Fuhua 0721”, “Longhua 128” and “Quanhua 806” were very significantly higher than that of “Quanhua No.7” as control by 22.17%, 14.98%, 13.19% and 11.39% respectively, further more, they performed better comprehensive characteristics. And “Longhua 13” and “Quanhua 608” showed better comprehensive characteristics. So, the above six varieties could be further tested in trial.
