    Withering ways and manipulating techniques of Fuding white tea

    • 摘要: 总结分析了生产上采用的各种白茶萎凋方式与技术,以及白茶萎凋过程中的理化变化。应根据成茶品质的要求、鲜叶原料、环境条件、设备条件和天气情况,设计萎凋温湿度、气流、时间等参数,保证白茶品质。

       

      Abstract: Different withering ways and manipulating techniques for white tea used in practice, and the physiological changes during the process were summarized. In order to guarantee the quality of white tea, the withering parameters, such as temperature, humidity, airflow, treating time, should be designed according to the requirement of tea quality during manipulation process, raw materials, environmental conditions, equipment capability, and the weather.
