Abstract: This paper summarized yield and main characteristics of high starch content sweet potato cv. “Quanshu No.19” and its high yield cultivation techniques including cultivation of strong seedlings, meticulous land preparation, rational close planting, management of water and fertilizer, control of diseases and pests and harvest in time.
