Abstract: In order to promote the orderly transfer of rural collective land, promote appropriate scale management of agriculture, and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization, the situation of management right transfer of rural collective land was investigated in Wuping County, the main measures of land transfer were summarized, the existing problems were analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions were also puts forward.
