    Integrated development between soil erosion control effects in mountainous areas andcircular agriculture exploitation in watersheds——A review for the symposium of “Technology integration innovation for soil erosion control andtransformation and upgrading for rural circular agriculture”

    • 摘要: “水土保持技术集成创新与乡村循环农业转型升级”专题研讨会深入贯彻2015年中央一号文件精神,集中探讨了福建省近年来在山地水土保持与流域综合治理及其乡村循环农业等应用研究方面取得的进展与成效。该文总结梳理了研讨会的主要研究进展与技术推广成效,主要研讨内容包括福建省主要地理特征与区域气候要素、福建省山地农业开发与水土流失现状、水土保持的主要模式与防控成效、长汀县水土流失特点与主要治理经验、典型崩岗区特征分析与生态恢复模式、福建省水土流失防控与技术、流域水土流失综合治理与资源循环利用等多个方面。实践证明,山地水土保持是一项系统工程,不仅要集成创新技术,而且要创新管理机制, 注重产业转型升级,注重绿色优势发挥,注重资源合理利用,尤其是要注重因地制宜地推动南方丘陵山地水土流失防控与流域循环农业开发联动发展。

       

      Abstract: In order to deeply implement the No.1 document spirit of National central government, the symposium of “Technology integration innovation for soil erosion control and transformation and upgrading for rural circular agriculture” was held, and the major progress and effect on soil erosion control and rural circular agriculture development in Fujian recently were thoroughly discussed. In this study, we summarized the key subjects in the symposium, which included geographic characteristics and climate conditions, the current status of mountainous farming development and soil erosion, main soil erosion controlling patterns and effects, “Changting Feature” and principle experience, ecological restoration pattern and characteristics for typical collapse mound, research process on soil erosion controlling technologies, comprehensive control of soil erosion and resource recycling in watershed, etc. The practical results showed that for soil and water conservation in mountainous areas, a systematic engineering, both integrated technology and administrative mechanism should be innovated, the whole industry should be further transformed and upgraded, ecological environment resources should be fully utilized, and especial attention should be paid to promote the integrated development between soil erosion control in mountainous areas and circular agriculture exploitation in watersheds according to local conditions of mountainous areas in South China.
