    培养瓶透气性对蛹虫草生长的影响

    Effects of breathability of cultural bottle on the growth of Cordyceps militaris

    • 摘要: 利用聚丙烯薄膜封口培养瓶进行蛹虫草栽培试验,研究培养瓶透气性对蛹虫草生长的影响。试验结果表明:蛹虫草菌丝生长需要良好的透气性,在蛹虫草发满菌后扎3个直径1 mm的透气孔最有利于蛹虫草的生长。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, cultivation experiment of Cordyceps militaris was carried out using cultural bottle sealed with polypropylene film in order to study effects of breathability of cultural bottle on growth of Cordyceps militaris. The results showed that the growth of Cordyceps militari hypha needs good aeration. It was beneficial for growth of Cordyceps militaris to make three 1-mm diameter aeration holes on polypropylene film when hypha occupied whole medium.
