    罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白肽脱色工艺研究

    Study on extracting and decoloring technology of collagen peptide from tilapia scales

    • 摘要: 为了探索罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白肽的最佳脱色工艺,采用大孔吸附树脂脱色,对罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白肽脱色工艺进行研究,结果表明:较适合用于脱色的树脂种类为D4006,其最佳工艺脱色为树脂用量2 g/g(树脂/肽粉),处理时间80 min,处理温度25℃;在此条件下多肽损失率为6.71%,终产物白度62.48,达到脱色和改善胶原蛋白肽品质的目的。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the best decoloring technology of collagen peptide from tilapia scales, the decolorizing with macro-porous adsorption and resin decolorizing were used to study the technology. The results showed that the resin type which more suitable for decoloring was D4006, its optimum decoloring dosage was 2g/g (resin/peptide powder), and the treating time was 80 min and the treating temperature was 25 ℃. Under these conditions, the peptide loss rate was 6.71%, the end product whiteness was 62.48, which achieved the decoloring goal and quality requirement for sending collagen peptide.
