    Determination of available potassium, slowly available potassium and total potassium in soil by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES)

    • 摘要: 研究和建立了土壤速效钾、缓效钾和全钾的ICP-AES测定方法。不同形态的钾提取后用ICP-AES测定,测定结果均在标准物质定值范围内,相对标准偏差小于4.2%,检出限在0.8~1.8 mg/kg之间;该分析方法准确、稳定、灵敏度高,符合分析要求。

       

      Abstract: Determination methods of available potassium, slowly available potassium and total potassium in soil by ICP-AES were studied and established in this paper. The different forms of potassium was determined by ICP-AES after extraction, the determination results are within the scope of the standard material constant value, the relative standard deviation is less than 4.2%, and the detection limit is between 0.8-1.8 mg/kg. This analysis method is accurate, stable, high sensitivity and accorded with the demands of analysis.
