Abstract: Based on actual situation in Changtai County, this paper briefly described the general situation and superior condition for developing leisure agricultural in Changtai; summarized four problems in aspects of the imbalance development, blind investment, narrow channels for investing fund, imperfect internal traffic conditions; proposed ideas and countermeasures including strengthening policy support and guidance, digging unique feature and deepening advantage, accelerating and promoting the development level of leisure agriculture.
