    农业科研单位公开招聘工作的实践与思考——以福建省农业科学院为例

    Practice and reflection on open recruitment of agricultural research institutions——A Case as Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences

    • 摘要: 公开招聘是农业科研单位人才更新的一个重要手段。以福建省农业科学院为例,通过介绍农业科研单位公开招聘工作的成效,进一步剖析农业科研单位公开招聘方案的审批、公开招聘的原则以及公开招聘环节设计,总结农业科研单位公开招聘的经验与对策,为农业科研单位的人才招聘提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Open recruitment is an important means of talent updates of agricultural institutions. Taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as example, via through an introduction of the effectiveness of open recruitment of agricultural research institutions, this paper further analyzed program approval, principle, link design of open recruitment, and summed up experience and countermeasures in open recruitment to provide references for agricultural research institutes.
