摘要

摘要: 总结了南方高山地栽香菇的栽培技术，主要包括栽培场所选择、品种选择、栽培时间、生产工艺、发菌管理、菇房管理、病虫害防治、采收等方面内容。

Abstract: This paper summarized ground cultivation techniques of shiitake mushroom at high mountainous area of southern China in summer season including field selection, variety selection, cultivation date, productive technology, management during mycelial growth, management of mushroom house, control of diseases and pests and harvest.
