    • 摘要: 对南安市东田镇村级公益事业建设“一事一议”奖补管理工作的主要做法及存在问题进行总结分析，并提出对策建议。

       

      Abstract: Main practice and existed problems in the policy of government award and subsidy system for rural public welfare by using “one case and one discussion” way were analyzed in Dongtian Town Nan’an.City, and put forward countermeasures.
