Abstract: Based on problems existed in the rural land circulation, several suggestions and countermeasures were proposed for its reasonable circulation, i.e. to establish standard land circulation mechanism, to cultivate new agricultural business entities, to strive to develop the county-level economy, to perfect the social security system in rural area, to increase the supply and need of rural land circulation , to improve the scientific and legal, continuous and healthy development of rural land circulation.
