    Research progress on the detecting technique of transgenic plants

    • 摘要: 对国内外转基因植物及产品的检测技术进行综述,重点介绍目前使用较广泛的PCR技术、酶联免疫吸附技术、环介导等温扩增技术、基因芯片技术及其他转基因检测技术的原理和特点,并展望今后转基因检测技术的发展趋势和研究方向。

       

      Abstract: Detecting technique for transgenic plants and products home and abroad were summarized, emphatically introduced the principal and character of widely applied technologies, including Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique, Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technique, gene chip technique and other detecting technique, and the developing trends and research directions were proposed in this paper.
