    Pollution-free and standardized production techniques of edible fungi

    • 摘要: 从食用菌产地环境、栽培基质选用、菌株培育、病虫害防治及加工贮藏等方面,提出无公害食用菌标准化生产的操作规程和技术规范。

       

      Abstract: Edible fungal production occupies an important role in China's agricultural production. With gradual strictness of safety requirements for agro-product quality, it is imperative to implement standardized production of pollution-free edible fungi. The paper proposed operation instruction and technical manual of standardized production of pollution-free edible fungi from the aspects including environment of production area, cultivation substrate, fungal strain culture, control of diseases and pests, processing and storage.
