    海鲜菇废料熟料袋栽双孢蘑菇试验

    A test on bag-cultivation of Agaricus bisporus by using the waste medium material of seafood mushroom after sterilization

    • 摘要: 以工厂化生产的海鲜菇废料为主要原料,采取熟料袋栽模式,设计若干不同配方及不同灭菌条件处理,研究其对双孢蘑菇产量的影响,结果表明:利用海鲜菇废料熟料袋栽双孢蘑菇可以获得较好的收益;较合适的栽培料配方和灭菌条件是海鲜菇废料50kg、牛粪10kg、过磷酸钙0.50kg、轻质碳酸钙0.25kg、石灰0.06kg、含水量64%,在121℃条件下高压灭菌2h。

       

      Abstract: With seafood mushroom waste medium material which from factory production as the main raw material, taking bag planting mode and designing a number of different formulations and different sterilization conditions, the effects of which on the yield of Agaricus bisporus were studied. The results showed that using the waste and sterilized medium material of seafood mushroom to plant Agaricus bisporus in bags could get better returns, and a suitable cultivation formula and sterilization condition were as follows: seafood mushroom waste 50 kg, cow dung 10 kg, calcium superphosphate 0.50 kg, light calcium carbonate 0.25 kg, lime 0.06 kg, water content 64%, disinfection temperature was121℃ for 2 h.
