    闽西北与食用菌生产相关的生态循环农业模式

    Production modes of edible fungi in North Fujian and exploration on ecological recycling agriculture mode

    • 摘要: 发展与食用菌生产有关的生态循环农业模式,不仅解决了食用菌的污染问题,而且实现了废弃物的综合利用,提高农业的经济与生态效益。该文总结了食用菌一作物套种、食用菌废菌棒再利用、畜禽排泄物再利用的生态循环模式生产特点。

       

      Abstract: Development of ecological recycling agriculture mode related to the edible fungus production, can not only solve the pollution problem in edible fungus production, but also realize the comprehensive utilization of waste and improve the economic and ecological benefits of agriculture. In this paper, the production characters of ecological cycle of edible fungus-crop interplanting, reuse of edible fungus waste and reuse of livestock and poultry waste were summarized.
