    化肥配施有机肥对芥蓝产量和品质的影响

    Effect of combined application of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of Chinese kale

    • 摘要: 研究化肥配施不同比例有机肥对芥蓝产量和品质的影响,结果表明:配施40%有机肥处理的芥蓝产量最高,较纯化肥处理的和纯有机肥处理的分别增产10.29%和21.59%,差异均达极显著水平,且芥蓝Vc、可溶性总糖含量也最高,芥蓝硝酸盐含量则随配施有机肥比例升高而降低。

       

      Abstract: Effects of different proportions of combined application of chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of Chinese kale were studied. The results showed that combined application of 40% organic fertilizer had highest yield, and which compared with pure chemical fertilizer and pure organic fertilizer treatments, increased by 10.29% and 21.59% respectively, and reached extremely significant level. Also under this treatment, the content of Vc and total soluble sugar in Chinese kale were the highest, and the nitrate content of Chinese kale reduced with the increasing of combined application ratio of organic fertilizer.
