    玫瑰花的保健功能及其应用研究进展

    Research progress in health-caring function and its application of rose

    • 摘要: 玫瑰花富含蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、氨基酸和维生素等多种营养成分,具有很高的营养价值;还含有黄酮、多糖等多种活性成分,具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗衰老等保健作用。该文介绍了玫瑰花的营养价值、保健功能,以及玫瑰花相关产品在化妆品、食品和保健品领域的应用现状,并展望其产业发展前景。

       

      Abstract: Rose is rich in protein, fat, starch, amino acids and vitamins and other nutrients, and has very high nutritional value. Also rose contains active ingredients of flavonoids and polysaccharide, and has the health-caring functions of antioxidant, antibacterial, antitumor, reducing blood lipid, anti-aging effects, etc. In this paper the nutritional value and health-caring function of rose and the application status of its related products in the fields of cosmetics, food and health care were introduced, and the industry development prospect were forecasted.
