    • 摘要: 介绍尤溪绿茶蓬莱银螺的加工技术要点,主要包括鲜叶原料选择、凉青、杀青、摊凉、揉捻造形、足火提香、分级及包装等内容。

       

      Abstract: Key points of the processing technology for Youxi green tea "Penglaiyinluo" were introduced in this study, which mainly included the selection of fresh leaf materials, withering, fixation, cooling, rolling and form-making, roasting, classification, packing, etc.
