    浅析村账镇管中“小金库”存在的根源及防控对策

    Analysis on source and prevention measures of village-owned exchequer under the condition of village account managed by Town government

      摘要
    • 摘要: 村级财务问题一直就是农民关心的热点、焦点问题，关系到农村抓稳定和发展，规范村“账镇（乡）管”模式，对促进解决“小金库”问题有一定的现实意义。该文分析了“村账镇（乡）管”模式和“小金库”的存在根源，并提出防控对策。

       

      Abstract: Village financial problems has always been concerned about the hot issues of farmers, related to the stability and development of the rural catch, the standardize on the mode of Village-owned account managed by Town government, to promote the solution of off-books accounts had certain practical significance. This paper analyzed the mode and source of Village-owned account managed by Town government, and put forward the preventive countermeasures.
