    寄生台湾长果桑的螺旋线虫种类鉴定

    Identification of Helicotylenchus species parasitizing in Taiwan Morus laevigata

    • 摘要: 于福州从多株长势衰退的台湾长果桑植株的根系及根际土壤中分离出虫口密度较大的螺旋线虫，经形态学观察及rDNA-ITS区与28S rDNA-D2/D3区序列分析，鉴定为双宫螺旋线虫，台湾长果桑是其新记录寄主。

       

      Abstract: Helicotylenchus with high density were isolated from the roots and rhizosphere soil of several plants of Taiwan Morus laevigata in Fuzhou, which the growing vigor was declined. By morphological observation and sequence analysis on rDNA-ITS and 28S rDNA-D2/D3, it was proved to be Helicotylenchus dihystera.
