Abstract: Conventional field cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata frequently affected by adverse climate conditions such as low temperature and continuous rain and received low yield. Some measures could improve yield and economic benefits of Stropharia rugosoannulata including cultivation at greenhouse, precise management, nutrient culture medium, reasonable compost and fermentation, strengthened management of mycelial growth and fruiting and timely harvest.
