    大田县原生蔬菜开发与利用现状

    Present status of development and utilization of native vegetable varieties in Datian County

    • 摘要: 调查大田县可食用原生蔬菜资源现状,总结当地较常食用的14种原生蔬菜及其利用情况。并提出促进原生蔬菜产业发展的两点建议,一是重视对其食用安全性的研究,二是加强对其利用价值的宣传。

       

      Abstract: An investigations of edible native vegetable resources in Datian County was carried out, and the 14 varieties of native vegetable and their utilization situation were summed up. And two suggestions to promote the development of native vegetable industry were put forward, one is to pay attention on its edible safety, and another is to strengthen the publicity of its use value.
