Abstract: In this paper, the achievements, experience and existing problems during the implementation of award subsidy policy of "one case one project" in Zhenghe County in recent years were analyzed, and some countermeasures to promote the construction and development of new countryside were put forward from the aspects of effectively promoting the democratic management in rural areas, improving the productive and living conditions in rural areas, and so on.
