    富含功能成分作物优异种质研究简报

    A preliminary report of excellent crop germplasm with rich functional ingredients

    • 摘要: 2011-2015年通过选育和引进筛选境内外作物优异种质材料进行品质鉴定,筛选出包括黑米、花生、黑豆、大豆、桑葚、薏苡、玉米、燕麦、荞麦、灵芝、螺旋藻、小麦和茶叶在内的13种作物、29个品种,简要概述对这些筛选品种(系)的品质研究结果。

       

      Abstract: Via through screening and introduction, excellent crop germplasms at home and abroad were characterized in 2011-2015 including 13 crop species and 29 varieties such as black rice, peanut, black soybean, soybean, mulberry, coix, maize, oat, buckwheat, ganoderma, spirulina, wheat and tea. This paper briefly summarized research results of quality of above varieties.
