Abstract: Present status and existing problems in developing the farmers' professional cooperatives of Ninghua County were elaborated, and reasons for several problems were analyzed. Then corresponding countermeasures were put forward for the scientific development of farmers' professional cooperative, which could make positive contribution for the new countryside construction.
