    响应面法优化紫云英总黄酮提取工艺

    Optimization of extraction process of total flavonoids from Astragalus sinicus by response surface method

    • 摘要: 为确定紫云英总黄酮乙醇提取的最佳工艺条件,以总黄酮提取率为指标,采用响应面法对主要工艺参数进行优化,结果表明:提取紫云英总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度31%、液料比41、提取温度73℃、提取时间106 min,总黄酮提取率为3.698%,与预测值相对误差为0.4%。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the optimum process conditions of ethanol extraction of total flavonoids from Astragalus sinicus, the response surface method was adopted to optimize the main process parameters by using the extraction rate of total flavonoids as index. The results showed that the optimum condition of extracting total flavonoids from Astragalus sinicus were 31% ethanol concentration, 41 solid-liquid ratio, 73℃ extraction temperature, 106 min extraction time, and the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 3.698% with 0.4% relative error to predicted value.
