Abstract: Growth conditions of four Ganoderma lucidum strain on different culture mediums were comparatively studies. The results showed that the maturing time for Ga0805 primordium and fruiting body were both the shortest and the yield were the highest with good shape and strong stipe, but its spore yield was not high. Therefore Ga0805 was suitable for further extension.
