Abstract: Fertilizer management is one of the key techniques in the large scale production of cymbidium.To investigate the stromata nutrient status in cultivating simplified and effectively in cymbidium, which provide the basis for the producers to adjust the fertilization plan in time.Pour Through (PT) method was used to detected the physicochemical properties of culture medium in cymbidium.The results indicated that the constituent of leachate from PT gave an index to the stromata nutrient status, was a simple and effective technique for the detection of matrix solution.
