Abstract: A no-tillage cultivation technique for spring potato by rice straw mulching in Dehua County was summarized from the aspects of land selection, digging ditch and mounding, straw mulching, species selection, seed tuber treatment, timely sowing, rational density planting, scientific fertilization, reasonable water management, disease prevention, timely harvest and reasonable storage etc..
