Abstract: Agricultural bio-resources are the fundamental material basis for maintaining the survival, fitness and development of mankind.Collection and preservation of Agricultural bio-resources is a most important groundwork.This paper deals with the construction target, implementation progress and achieved results of the project for the Fujian Provincial Center for Agricultural Bio-resources Preservation, as well as offer a proposal for the project.
