    菌草杏鲍菇菌糟粗多糖提取工艺研究

    Research on extraction technology of crude polysaccharide from spent substrate after Pleurotus eryngii cultivation with JUCAO

    • 摘要: 以菌草杏鲍菇菌糟为试验材料,采用正交试验设计,研究了提取温度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数对杏鲍菇菌糟粗多糖提取率的影响,并以粗多糖得率为评价指标,优化提取工艺。试验结果表明,菌草杏鲍菇菌糟的最佳提取工艺为提取温度90℃、提取时间2 h、料液比1:20、提取3次,在此条件下菌糟粗多糖得率为3.62%。

       

      Abstract: Using spent substrate after pleurotus eryngii cultivation with Jucao as the experimental materials and adopting orthogonal design, the effects of the extraction temperature, extraction time, solid/liquid ratio and extraction times on extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from spent substrate after Pleurotus eryngii cultivation with Jucao were studied. And taking the yield of polysaccharide as evaluating indicator to optimize extraction process. The results showed that the optimum extraction processes were extraction temperature 90℃, extraction time 2h, ratio of material to liquid 1:20 and extracted 3 times, and under this condition the yield of crude polysaccharide from spent substrate was 3.62%.
