    药品选择及径流水样存放时间对总氮测定的影响

    Effects of drug selection and storage time of runoff-water on total nitrogen determination

    • 摘要: 研究了国药集团、优耐德、Fluka的过硫酸钾药品以及水样存放时间对总氮含量测定的影响,结果表明:未经过提纯的3种药品均无法达到试验的要求,使用提纯后的Fluka过硫酸钾药品可达到总氮测定的要求;在-20℃环境下保持4个月径流水样总氮浓度无显著变化。

       

      Abstract: Effects of potassium persulfate from Guoyao group, Younaide and Fluka, and storage time of runoff-water on total nitrogen determination were studied. The results showed that the 3 drugs without purification were unable to reach the requirements of total nitrogen determination but purified potassium persulfate of Fluka could. And the total nitrogen concentrations of runoff water keeping 4 month in -20℃ had no significantly changed.
