Abstract: Disease was outbreak in 50 d chicken raised in a chicken farm with 600 local chickens of Nanjing County of Fujian. Based on the clinical symptoms, pathological anatomy, epidemiological investigation and laboratory diagnosis, it was diagnosed to be Marek's disease. In this study, the whole diagnosis progress was summarized, and the causes of the disease and control countermeasures were introduced.
