    紫云英、田菁及光叶苕子富集硒、锶能力研究

    Study on selenium-and strontium-concentrating capacity of milk vetch, Sesbania and smooth vetch

    • 摘要: 采用盆栽方式研究紫云英、田菁及光叶苕子富集硒、锶能力,结果表明:紫云英富硒、锶能力最强,施硒量5.0 mg/kg地上部硒含量达到31.13 mg/kg,施锶量500 mg/kg地上部锶含量达到11 431.15 mg/kg;光叶苕子也有较强富硒、锶能力,施硒量2.0 mg/kg地上部硒含量达到最大(11.80 mg/kg),施锶量500 mg/kg地上部锶含量达到5278.50 mg/kg;田菁富硒能力较差,富锶能力强,因其生物量是紫云英的9倍多,也是一种优良的富硒、锶绿肥植物。

       

      Abstract: A pot experiment was carried out to study the selenium-and strontium-concentrating capacity of Chinese milk vetch, sesbania and smooth vetch. The results showed that the capability of Astragalus sinicus were strongest, its Se and Si content in over ground part reached 31.13 mg/kg and 11431.15 mg/kg when applying 5.0 mg/kg Se and 500 mg/kg Si respectively. Smooth vetch also had a strong capability, the content of selenium in over ground part reached 11.80 mg/kg while applying selenium 2.0 mg/kg and the content of strontium in over ground part reached 5278.50 mg/kg while applying strontium 500 mg/kg. Sesbania had lower Se-concentrating capability and strong Si-concentrating capability, and because of its biomass is 9 times more than the Chinese milk vetch, it's still a kind of excellent green manure plant to concentrate selenium and strontium.
