Abstract: In order to better perform the administration office work duties of agricultural scientific research institutions, combing with the beneficial practice of work, this paper emphasized to strengthen the scientific management of office of agricultural scientific research units, and to enhance five consciousness i.e., staff consciousness, efficiency consciousness, development consciousness, management consciousness and window awareness; and put forward some opinions on the characteristics of office work.
