Abstract: Combining with the views,experiences and considerations of hybrid rice seed industry in the primary line of agricultural technique popularization for many years,the general situation of seed production in the last 40 years of Huangfang Township was analyzed,the development countermeasures of steadying seed base under the new situation and promote the transformation and upgrading of seed industry were put forward.
