Abstract: In order to promote the legal,voluntary and compensable circulation of rural land management right,and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization,through the investigation of the circulation of rural land management right in Changting County,the main measures of land circulation in Changting county were summarized and the existing problems were analyzed,and some countermeasures were put forward in this paper.
