    九里香不同提取物对稻瘟病病原菌的抑菌活性研究

    Antibacterial activity of different extracts of Murraya panaculata on rice blast pathogen

    • 摘要: 采用3种溶剂(甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯)对九里香叶片、花瓣及愈伤组织进行平行提取。以稻瘟病菌5个生理小种(编号为9805913、2004130A、2004015A、RB20、11143)的菌株为供试菌,对九里香不同提取液进行抑菌活性测定,结果表明:九里香叶片、花瓣及愈伤组织提取物对5种稻瘟病病原菌均有一定的抑制作用,其抑菌效果从强到弱分别为愈伤组织≥叶片>花瓣;提取剂以甲醇、乙醇最佳,其提取物在0.1 g/mL的浓度下对病原菌有很好的抑制效果,其中愈伤组织乙醇提取物对稻瘟病菌5个生理小种的抑菌作用最好,对编号RB20病原菌的抑制率可达100%,其次是对11143和2004130A的抑制率,均可达98%以上;乙酸乙酯提取物抑制作用最差,且该提取剂有刺激性气味,不建议作为九里香抑菌剂的提取剂。

       

      Abstract: Different extracts were obtained from leaf,petal,and callus of Murraya panaculata by three solvents,i.e.methanol,ethanol,and ethyl acetate,and their antibacterial activities on five races (9805913,2004130A,2004015A,RB20 and 11143) of rice blast strains were detected.The results showed that all three extracts have a certain inhibitory effects on 5 races of rice blast pathogen,which decreased in the order of callus,leaf,and petal.Concerning about extractant,Methanol and ethanol were better,which showed strong inhibition to rice blast pathogen under the concentration of 0.1 g/mL.The highest antibacterial activity to rice blast pathogen was the extract from callus by ethanol,which showed 100% inhibition rate on RB20,and above 98% on 11143 and 2004130A.The antibacterial activity of the extracts by using ethyl acetate (with strong odour) was the lowest,therefore do not recommended to use it as extractant of Murraya panaculata.
