    微生物法测定米粉中维生素B6含量不确定度评估

    Uncertainty evaluation in determination of vitamin B6 in rice flour by microbiological method

    • 摘要: 应用微生物法测定米粉样品中维生素B6含量,并从多个方面分析测量的不确定度。试验结果表明:相对合成标准不确定度为0.01393,扩展不确定度为0.1653,测量结果为(5.932±0.1653)μg/hg;影响维生素B6测定结果的最主要不确定度分量为微量移液枪容差。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the content of vitamin B6 in rice flour samples was determined by microbiological method,and the uncertainty of measurement was analyzed from several aspects.The results showed that,the relative synthetic standard uncertainty was 0.01393,the expanded uncertainty was 0.1653,and the result was (5.932 0.1653)μg/100 g.The main uncertainty component affecting the determination results of vitamin B6 is the capacity difference within micro pipette tips.
