    细叶青蒌藤扦插苗年生长节律与育苗技术探讨

    Investigation on growing regularity of cutting seedlings and seedling nursing technology of Piper kadsura

    • 摘要: 以细叶青蒌藤扦插苗为研究对象,研究3种不同栽培基质对扦插苗生长的影响;以苗高净生长量为样本,采用有序样本聚类法分析一年生细叶青蒌藤扦插苗的生长规律;并探讨不同生长时期的经营技术。结果表明:细叶青蒌藤扦插苗的整个生长时期可分为根系形成期、生长前期、生长中期、速生期、生长后期5个生长期;80%泥炭土与20%蛭石混合基质处理1年生扦插苗生长状况最好,在遮阴条件下成苗率可达95%以上,当年苗高60.6 cm,每667 m2产苗量12万株,当年可出圃栽植;根据各时期苗木生长的特点,提出了各时期的管理措施。

       

      Abstract: Effects of three different substrates on growth of Piper kadsura cutting seedlings were studied.The growing regularity of Piper kadsura cutting seedling was analyzed by sequential sample cluster analysis method according to the net growth of seedling,and the management technology for different growing stages were investigated.The results showed that the whole growing process of Piper kadsura could divide into five stages,i.e.,rooting,early-growth,medium-growth,fast-growth,and late-growth stages.The best growing condition of 1-year old cutting seedlings was observed when planted in the substrate consist of 80% peat soil and 20% vermiculite;the seedling rate reached 95% when shading,the seedling height could be 60.6 cm in the same year,and the seedling amount reached 120 thousand plants per 667 m2,which could be transplanted in the same year.Then,based on the growing characteristics of every stage,the management measures were correspondingly proposed.
