Abstract: Rubber subsidy policy in main foreign rubber-producing countries were summarized,and the satisfaction degree of rubber farmers in Hainan to subsidy policy were investigate through literature collection,and investigation and interview methods.The enlightenment on Hainan natural rubber industry summarized included according to the international market;stable funds supports and management in charge were necessary for the target price protection of rubber;and then the subsidy forms should be innovated.
