Abstract: Beautiful countryside construction is the extension of Chinese dream,and the farmers' aspiration and pursuit to the beautiful life in future.Based on yearly working experiences,the idea and key elements for development planning of Fujian beautiful countryside construction were elaborated,the ideas including the integrity of planning,protection on rural culture,individualism of rural landscape,elevation of farmers' happiness,and three key elements including industry advanced,ecology first,and harmony as the most important.And then the countermeasures for beautiful countryside development in Fujian were proposed.
