    稻草和牧草在“草-菌-菜”生态模式中的效应研究

    Effectiveness of rice straw and forage grass in ecological model of ‘grass-mushroom-vegetable’

    • 摘要: 采用稻草和杂交狼尾草作为平菇培养料,再利用平菇菌渣栽培白菜的试验结果表明:狼尾草作培养料栽培平菇的产量极显著高于稻草,生物学效率为94.51%;用稻草和狼尾草的平菇菌渣栽培白菜,两者产量差异不显著。

       

      Abstract: Using rice straw and hybrid Pennisetum as the culture material of oyster mushroom, and then using the culture medium residues of mushroom to cultivate Chinese cabbage. The results showed that the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated with Pennisetum alopecuroides as culture material was significantly higher than that of straw, and the biological efficiency was 94.51%. The yield of Chinese cabbage was not significantly different from the cultivation with culture medium residues of mushroom from rice straw and Pennisetum alopecuroides.
