    微生物发酵床养猪垫料配制黄瓜育苗基质研究

    Study on cucumber seedbed substrate prepared by pigsty pad after microbial fermentation

    • 摘要: 选取椰糠、棉籽壳、麸皮及草炭分别与发酵床养猪垫料混合配制黄瓜育苗基质,结果显示:最适宜的原料为椰糠,其次是棉籽壳,黄瓜种子发芽率均在95%以上,与草炭(对照)差异不显著(P>0.05);最适宜的基质配方为垫料∶椰糠为3∶7,出苗率达100%、成苗率达95.83%,且黄瓜苗高、茎粗和根长均优于其他配比,与草炭(对照)差异不显著(P>0.05)。

       

      Abstract: The coconut coir, cottonseed hull, bran and peat were selected and mixed respectively with fermented pigsty pad to prepare the cucumber seedbed substrate. The results showed that the most suitable raw materials was coconut bran, followed by cottonseed hull, and the seed germination rate of cucumber was more than 95%, which was no significant difference with the control of peat (P>0.05). And the best formula for the substrate of pigsty pad: coconut bran was 3:7 with the emergence rate 100% and the seedling rate 95.83%, and the seedling height, stem diameter and root length were better than other proportioning table, and there was no significant differences with the control of peat (P>0.05).
