    不同马铃薯品种对镉的富集特性研究

    Study on cadmium-enriching characteristics of different potato varieties

    • 摘要: 对11个马铃薯品种不同器官中重金属镉元素的吸收富集特性进行研究,结果表明:参试马铃薯品种的根、茎、叶中镉含量差异较大,其平均值根最高(1.3045 mg/kg),其次为茎(0.8253 mg/kg)、叶(0.5533 mg/kg),薯肉含量最低(0.0519 mg/kg);不同马铃薯品种根、茎、叶的镉富集系数均较高。种植中薯3号、N108、紫花851等品种能降低镉污染。

       

      Abstract: Situation of heavy metal cadmium absorption in different organs of 11 potato varieties was studied. The results showed that a bigger difference in cadmium content of tested potato varieties was found in root, stem and leaf, the cadmium content in root system was the highest (1.3045 mg/kg), followed by the stem (0.8253 mg/kg) and leaf (0.5533 mg/kg), the lowest content was in tuber flesh (0.0519 mg/kg); The cadmium-enriching coefficients of root, stem and leaf in all tested potato varieties were higher. The risk of cadmium pollution can be reduced by the variety of Zhong shu 3, N108 and Zihua 851.
